As I stood in the shower this morning, quite pleased with the weigh-in but not over the moon, I realised the self-evident truth that 100 days is quite a long time when you are having to watch what you eat. Equally that 265 days is quite a long time of having watched what you eat, but not enough time to make me change my ingrained habits of snacking (evidence: even though it was my weigh-in today, when Denise asked me last night if the cake and the cake knife were still out on the side in the kitchen, and I went to check because we don't want cats eating chocolate cake or playing with knives, I ate a bit of the chocolate whilst putting it away in the cupboard)
Is a further 100 days going to be enough to teach myself new habits? Or do I need to find a new technique? Or, as I know is the case, am I doomed to just having to watch what I eat forever more? Booooooo!!!!!
Anyway, here's the weigh-in picture.
