When we got to Greek World we sat in the cafe and shivered. Greek World is a kind of barn with everything under one roof. Except heating. So while we waited for out food and drinks to be delivered. I shivered. Denise had her nice new coat with her, but she was cold too. She sensibly kept the coat on.
But shivering is good, isn't it, it is a way of generating heat and, as such, burns a few extra calories. It is why some crazies advocate the use of cold baths as a form of weight loss.
