Everybody I know is very pleased that I have reached my goal weight. Only one person has called me a 'skinny b******d' - which was nice, but inaccurate!
As you can see, from my NHS BMI calculator, the healthy weight I should be aiming for is 12 stone 12 pounds. A mere 2 stone lighter than I am now. In those terms it isn't that surprising that I still have a big tum and moobs. In an unusually coy (for me) photo, here you can see what I'm talking about. I am not making a deliberate effort to stick my stomach out by the way!
I've said that I will aim to lose another 5 pounds. Already people are saying things to the effect of, "Don't lose any more, there'll be nothing left." Which I don't mind, but if they could see my tum they would know that I am still carrying excess baggage.
A bit of me wants, just briefly, to get down to the 'healthy' weight, just so I can see what it's like. But it would be hard work. And the further I have to go, the longer I have to put off my MASSIVE CHEESE SANDWICH.
