Well that's all right, I hear you say (I'm sure it's you), because apples and pears aren't bad, calorie-wise, are they?
It depends how many of them you eat. I ate a lot of apples.
But only one pear.
And then I got the munchies again and ate 3 digestive biscuits. Quite quickly.
Digestive biscuits less good than apples and a pear.
I don't know what was wrong with me. If you've read Denise's post from yesterday (which I know you will have) then you will know all about the gas leak. Maybe it was the gas that was making me hungry, or giving me a headache.
Today I am trying to be more focused, trying not to think about food too much. I've drawn a picture of a 'rampire'...
Only now I'm writing about how hungry I am. And it's reminding me how hungry I am.
Time for lunch.
And to stuff my face completely.
