In particular, maybe it is due to my cheese restriction.
Now, I love cheese. And it is the biggest 'hardship' of my diet that I can't just eat as much cheese as I like. I realise that for normal people that 'as much cheese as I like' is probably a few pieces of cheese from a cheeseboard with a few cheesy biscuits.
This is not my defnition of as much cheese as I like.
A long time ago I had a dog called Rip. He was the first dog our family had. He was a naughty dog. He wasn't averse to being growly and bitey and he was often badly behaved at the vets. But I loved Rip. He was a cool dude!
Here is a picture of him...
But even as we tried to wrest it from his mouth, he was growling because he still wanted to eat it.
He loved cheese. But the cheese would have killed him. But still he wanted it.
Just like me.
But since I started eating a lot less cheese, my psoriasis has improved and I'm not snoring as much. Maybe I have some kind of dietary intolerance or allergy. Maybe cheese really is not good for me.
